Cooper is President of Cooper Consulting International, a security and special operations consulting and training firm. He has an extensive background in law enforcement and special operations intelligence. During his more than 20 years in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), Cooper oversaw numerous Drug Enforcement Administration operations and rose to the rank of Detective Supervisor. After retiring from the LAPD, Cooper was recruited for global high-risk, covert operations at the Central Intelligence Agency. He served as a Team Leader and a training instructor for Agency personnel and to special foreign government personnel.

He served 15 years with a British Special Mission Regiment and was appointed head of a highly specialized cell within U.K. Special Forces. Skelhorn has conducted intelligence-gathering operations globally.

A pioneer in the field of technical surveillance operations, Barrett has a diverse background in military, law enforcement and technical surveillance. His in-depth expertise in technical surveillance operations and special, hands-on electronic surveillance and electronic image collection and training techniques includes more than 50 years of experience in U.S. counterintelligence, law enforcement and tradecraft training. Barrett holds proprietary design and mechanical technical surveillance device patents and has manufactured his own line of sophisticated covert mobile technical surveillance platforms.

Mark S. Gryc

Mark S. Gryc

Mark S. Gryc is Chief Engineer and Vice President for FM Global. Gryc directs FM Global’s loss prevention engineering services to protect major companies worldwide from fire, natural disasters and other property risks. During his more than 30 years at FM Global, Gryc developed the company’s risk analytical tool Risk Mark® for clients. He also served as adjunct professor of fire science at Providence College during the 1990s. Gryc received a master's degree in chemical engineering from Cleveland State University and a bachelor's in chemistry from Ohio University. He is a senior member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
